Managing Partner

Managing Partner of Coscomate Hospitality Group’s (CHG) US operations holds a BA in Economics from Chapman University. After interning at LACI a Clean-Tech Incubator in Los Angeles, he returned to Mexico to join CHG’s business development team. In 2019, González partnered with Michelin-star chef Carlos Gaytán and opened Tzuco in downtown Chicago. The restaurant has received worldwide acclaim and was a James Beard Foundation Award Semifinalist for Best New Restaurant.
